How do I find out who bills my Max subscription?

Check the payment method on your Max Account page, or search your inbox for the Max receipt - the merchant name tells you where to cancel. Subscriptions bought through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, YouTube TV, or a cable provider have to be cancelled with that provider.

Do I keep Max until the end of the month?

Yes. Cancelling stops the renewal, not the current period - you keep watching until the date you have already paid through. There is no partial refund, so an early cancellation costs nothing.

Can I cancel Max from the app?

You can start the cancellation in the app if Max itself bills you, but an app-store subscription still has to be ended in Apple Subscriptions or the Play Store. Deleting the app never cancels anything.
